Brooke has more than two decades of legal and financial experience. As an attorney, she specializes in corporate compliance and structure with an emphasis on business transactions. She also provides corporate and tax services to a full range of clients in Mississippi and Alabama.
Before joining Addicus, Brooke’s experience ranged from day-to-day corporate legal matters to roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer for a multi-state specialty products provider. Her experience has made her a valuable asset to corporate clients ranging from Fortune 500 and international companies to individuals, trusts, estates, and charitable institutions.
